Jada Fire spent her first 4 or 5 years in porn as a natural brick house. I am anti-implant, but she has made some great porn becuase the implants extended her career. Does anyone know why one of the most down to earth mega pornstars, Katja Kassin, got implants. She was absent from the porn scene for a short time, comes back with implants, and quits the business within a year. Go figure.
Oh yeah, i remember Allisyn Chains before implants. The first scene i saw her in, she was taking a bubble bath outside. She was so cute. And i remember she just hated cum on her face. Forgive me if I asked this before, are there any Meagan Malone scenes before she got implants?
Similar to MacKenzee Pierce, she started feature dancing and bigger boobs meant more money. She did so many scenes before her boob job, you'd go blind trying to watch all of them, so I can't criticize her, really.
Eva Angelina! She was sucha fukn hottie from the beginning. I remember and still watch her "oral fixation" dilemma with Peter North in Deep Throat This #18 to this day! Wow those glasses and ponytails along with her bj skills totally made me realize that this gal didn't need tits from the getgo. But she has since moved into the MILF category, and has a nice set of bolt-ons to match. http://www.clubpeternorth.com/VidSample.php?id=V01325

Daisy Marie, in Reform School Girls, by Wicked Pictures may have been produced pre-implants. She's become a favorite of mine for her energy, and sense of humor. She made me laugh while I watched Reform School Girls when she said "the energizer bunny ain't got shit on me".

Sophie Dee had an amazingly beautiful natural body, and then got implants. I skip her scenes now, where I once tracked them down. Before: After: Edited by - imaginative on 4/9/2010 12:32:44 PM

Same goes for Courtney Cummz, who also went down after surgery, from once being a perfect 10 in my opinion. Post-surgery, I have no interest in her. Before: After:
Same here, she used to be one of my favorites but I avoid her now.[xx)]

Any doctor with a moral compass would have told these women, "You look great the way you are, and nothing I can do will improve your looks. Come see me again when you're 40, if you feel you need to." Instead some Dr. Frankenstein tampered with perfection and exploited their unfounded insecurities for a quick buck. Now when I see either of these women, all I can see is a victim. (Whether they FEEL victimized or not by their surgeries, is irrelevant.) Please note that I am not criticizing the looks of the performers who read this board, but the work of the doctors who do not. On the contrary, these women were true Goddesses of sexuality and beauty. So sad they didn't realize it.

Unfortunately, it is too often just the opposite. Too many times, on so-called "reality television", I have seen these nerdy doctors talk patients into maxing out in size, instead of opting for the patient's original choice, a moderate size like a C. I do not think cosmetic surgeons come with a moral compass. I think in general, they only refuse obviously unhealthy procedures. Besides, most patients have their minds made up, use referrals from previous patients and will get what they want somewhere. When it comes to breast size in this country, there is vast mental illness among men.

Really? Among men? I'm a man, and I can't stand implants. I actually do not think I am in the minority here. I believe the mental illness is among the women who choose to disfigure themselves because (as a symptom of their illness), they feel will be more worthy with fake tits. It's obvious that the majority of women who opt for surgery, look at themselves in their natural state as somehow flawed, when more often than not, they are perfect (physically speaking), just the way they are. "... among men." refers to size (not implants) and means just that, among men, not the majority of men. It seems like most men in this country are breast size crazy, but I am not sure. Majority or minority, the craze is vast. However, I agree and feel certain, that most men's preferences are against implants. Some men who demand large breasts, still do not like implants. Unfortunately, female insecurity regarding one's physical appearance is sad, tragic, common and broad. I have tried to argue against getting implants with women who are both good looking and Ivy League educated. It makes you want to bang your head against the wall. This desire to have implants and other physical modifications has very much to do with female oppression and consequential competition among women. Edited by - heynow on 4/11/2010 1:16:32 AM

So now the discussion is going to be whether the doctor should play God or not? The Dr. didn't go to med school and learn how to do boob jobs so he could not do them. I also really don't think that most men are against boob jobs per se, it's that we're against bad boob jobs and the reality of it is that it seems like half of the boob jobs in porn were completely unnecessary in the first place, and then the results are an abomination. Not where I would take the discussion, even though I'm sure it's rare that any Dr. does not have a bit of a "God Complex." The discussion should be whether the doctor has a responsibility to do what is in the patient's best interest, despite the patient's own opinion on the subject. Certainly, no responsible doctor would let me undergo chemotherapy without a cancer diagnosis, if wanted it for preventative and/or personal reasons. I believe that many times, a patient wants plastic surgery as a symptom of a mental illness (i.e. delusional body image), and the surgeon will take advantage of this as opposed to recommending X number of psycho-therapy sessions to treat the delusional self-image (the therapist should also responsible for explaining any and all of the risks involved), and then see if the patient still wants surgery.
There are plenty of valid reasons for plastic surgery that would allow plastic surgeons to stay in business (i.e. cancer, age, etc.) without taking advantage of girls just barely out of their teenage years (or not even, in some cases). We all know that teenagers and young adults can make horrible decisions without considering the future (ask Adrianna Nicole or Dana DeArmond about some of their tattoos), but the reality is, once you've had a boob-job, you have absolutely no way of ever returning to your natural state. Sophie Dee improved with the implants. The only other star I can think of that improved more with implants than her was Hillary Scott. Hillary Scott's implants aren't the best ever, but they certainly are much better than her old...titties. Edited by - Christopher256 on 4/10/2010 2:29:38 PM [mod edit: Are you kidding me with that? Blah blah blah, the issue isn't chemo and therapy for mental issues, it's girls wanting bigger tits, big difference. Exluding reconstructive surgery, cosmetic surgery is all about vanity. Nothing is more vain than bigger tits and the topic at hand is fake tits in porn and whether they look good or not.

In that case, my answer is that they don't. Ever. Look at the amazing Brianna Love. She has a tiny chest, but do you really think a doctor can improve her perfect body? I just don't get the bigger-is-better thing. Shape and natural beauty are more important to me. To me, it's just a question of how much damage was done by the surgeon. Best case scenario; not that much. Edited by - Imaginative on 4/11/2010 2:35:44 AM

Before, they were both D-listers for me, good for second girl in a 2 girl scene or 3rd seed in a good gonzo production. But now, I skip them too. However, Adriana Deville was one of my favorites, who I did not see on DVD often enough. She is now on my C-list. Imaginative, I don't care for your argument that you aren't insulting women's bodies but purely discussing surgeons. Bullshit. You are. You took a thread that was just about people being curious as to what a girl looked like pre-boobjob and turned it into another one of your backhanded insult fest. /End thread
