I recently watched No Cum Dodging Allowed 5 with Marie Luv - and there's behind the scenes footage of the performers fucking Marie after they finished shooting the movie, just for "fun".
And if I remember correctly there are additional scenes where she continues fucking her partner during a short break. EDIT: the movie was Dual Invasion 1

Anything that has the look and feel (whether it's actually staged or not) of being spontaneous would be welcome. I remember a scene where a girl was getting fucked and asked the cameraman to come over so she could suck his dick, and another where a girl finished the scene and came over to the cameraman and started sucking him off -- with the first guy's cum on her face, as I recall. I think the former was Natasha Dolling, the latter Nadia Moore. But that's ben years, and I haven't noticed anything similar lately.
