I'm trying to collect all scenes where Belladonna appears hairless.
She did a nice performance in "Anal Trainer 4". Anybody knows some other titles?

In Belladonna's Do Not Disturb she gets her head shaved at the end of her scene with Vandalla-they both use the hair clippers on one another but it is only done as stills,i only seen the disc 1 version of Do Not Disturb but on this review the 2 disc special features an "easter egg" of the head shaving scene.

The sex was similar to the first two scenes of the movie right up until Bella started boning her ass with a baseball bat shaped like a large black cock (yikes!). They did more toy action and then Vandalia "got crazy" by using some electric shears to shave Bella's head. Sadly, even though both were shaved Mohawk style, it was done as a set of stills rather than as a video (which was a wasted opportunity in my opinion). Thankfully, the footage can be viewed as the Easter Egg on disc two (it lasted 20.5 minutes too).

While not completely bald, Belladonna sports a buzz cut in "Lex Steele XXX 2" alongside Avy Scott in a scene that will always be a favorite of mine...actually, the entire movie (Venus, Sophia, Ava Devine, Devon Michaels, Layla-Jade and Katja Kassin round out the rest of the cast).

Main one I would love to see is unreleased scene of Bella & Olivia O'Lovely! It was never said why they pulled the scene & the preview pics were HOT but it was shelved!
