There is info about the safety of 'enlargement' pumps here.

And there are reviews of the Robo Suck type of toys here.

There are also links to other threads on toys for men here.

There are always new things coming out, though, so hopefully somebody can give you first-hand info about things they've tried recently.

I might just stick with the pump followed by the the ole "hand crank to sweet release" technique till I get another steady GF again.
