If you really think there's a database out there that's better than IAFD and has more search parameters, like the ones you're looking for, good luck finding it.
There do exist databases for particular subsections of porn stars... for example, on bangbros you can search by natural/enhanced tits, big/small ass or tits, and some other things like that, for all the girls that have appeared on their site - but no other girls will be found there of course. And I don't think they have measurement info, that's just too specific.
Also certain agencies have some parameters that are a bit different (acts they do, race, etc.), but again, it will only be the girls who are signed to that agency.
DOB: I don't know of anywhere that allows you to search by that. IAFD does allow you to search for girls with a certain name who were active between year XXXX and year YYYY though. For example I can search for all the girls with the last name "star" (very common) who were active some time between 2000 and 2008.
Celebrities and models: no idea.
