Most talent don't work for a certain company, they work for most of them at one time or another and use talent agencies to get them work. Giirlz Inc./World Modeling/Blue Max (all one alliance working in multiple cities) and Spiegler Girls (LA only) seem to be the best to work for and also the most honest. Since Mark Spiegler takes only the cream of the crop (he will only represent about 20 girls at one time in order to give them superior service), World Modeling et. al. would probably be your best bet to start with. Usually they will start you with Giirlz Inc. in Florida with the internet companies there, then once you get acclimated they will send you to the harder jobs in LA and NYC. For a moderately increased commission, lodging is provided. If you can, please arrange your own travel to Florida if you go this route. The agents sometimes advance airfare, but likely you will get an expensive first-class seat this way (that isn't necessary unless you weigh more than 250 pounds) and pay out the nose for it. Having a ticket home on you will make it easier to say no if a producer tries to railroad you into making a solo scene into a double anal (extreme, but you do get the point, I hope).
If you were looking for the one job and done route, several smaller companies do this, including Bachelor Pad Productions (IIRC in Miami, FL, claims to specialize in the one time talent) and Mike South (most filming in Atlanta, GA -- probably the most known of the smaller outfits due to him also being a reporter/blogger). If you like being tied up, whipped and possibly dunked in water vats, try Kink.com (all three movie companies in this paragraph film direct, Kink.com also uses the agent system). If this is what you want, you need to provide your own lodging and transportation (for the most part).
Most women get from $400 (solo masturbation) to $1000 (double anal or multiple guy) per scene. VD testing is mandatory, usually you will be sent to AIM or Talent Testing, the testing is $300 for the first-time full panel test (agencies may advance this expense, but like airfare you have to reimburse them). Future testing costs $150 or so, you test every 30 days. The only place I know that might take a regular doctor's test is Mike South (he hates the overpriced PCR-DNA crap forced on talent in LA), and I think even he would insist upon arranging the test and seeing the results direct from the doctor (considering he is the male talent in his films, you should understand why he would be so cautious).
Before getting into porn, go to www.aim-med.org and view the Porn 101 and Porn 102 tapes. They have more information than I have time to get into, all necessary information in my opinion. If you are using a cell phone or dial-up connection, call the phone number on the site between 9-5 pst (12-8 est) and ask them to send you a DVD set. They will do so free of charge to any US address. Explain that you are interested into becoming talent and they may include their brochures as well. [Link] |

I don't have any BTS knowledge but I would say Wicked is the best company to work for.
They have a stable roster.
While the girls at other companies come and go the Wicked girls are obviously happy with their employer.[Link] |

The best studio so far that I know of is Hightide videos. Its a European studio that makes exclusive lesbian piss watersports action movies and its so fucking erotic and nasty and downright sexy :)

I would second Wicked - they seem incredibly professional.
In terms of gonzo, I would go with Elegant Angel - performers seem to go back over and over again, and I don't think I've ever seen a performer look like they're having anything other than the time of their lives. That requires a level of security, good atmosphere etc. Maybe I'm wrong. I know Mason lets a lot of the girls help with casting.[Link] |
