I have no idea what a judge would do. Frankly it's very easily to get a divorce granted in the US, but that has nothing to do with whether consensual non-monogamy is "willing unfaithfulness." His lowest rated 1 on 1 is an 8.5 and the rest are at least 8.8 or 8.9, but most are 9.0+. As far as his group scenes go... Anya Olsen/Cadence Lux with John Johnson, Elsa Jean/Rachel James/Sydney Cole with Flash and Isiah, Ash Hollywood/Kate England, Jillian Janson/Karla Kush with Flash and Carter Cruise with Flash are all rated 9.0+ with most being above that.
