Actually I'm wrong, I just noticed it's next to every video on that whole site. The reason that is weird to me is because unless Greg bought out the other owners, then last I heard Porntube is the one that really owns all of Greg's sites. If he did buy them out (w00t w00t) then I hope he takes a really firm stance and pulls the advertising $$$ from every single tube and pulls the GL content from them too. Stick it to the tubes Greg!!! That's one of the things about owning a tube site, you can very easily police all the content on there. You'll find clips, but full videos very rarely get uploaded and made public, and even then they're down within a day or two. Everyone else's full videos get uploaded and reuploaded constatly, though. ^ I remember I read an article from back when they were Mansef instead of Mindgeek that said that the company made more profit or revenue, I can't remember which, from their tube sites than their subscription sites. I am partnered with an artist in the industry myself, and his work has been posted online unauthorized, generating literally millions of hits. And he hasn't made any money from that. That's a large reason why I took it upon myself to establish his social media presence officially. It is very important to support artists. Also those commercials ads at tubesites aren't chosen by those appearing in there, it's your commercial advisor who does it, more than that it's a software traking your navigation data through cookies and put in there those commercials that may catch your attention , they're extrapolated from your previous surfing history on the relevant matter, where you see a blacked commercial I may see a Pornstar like it Big commercial The software and those managing it don't even know what site it is, they're aiming at you and your browser , the commercial contract are made with the advisor and the much space a site gives them. And sometimes they do respond and are doubtful it's a real request. But this is why it's been so important to establish a social media presence. I still consider creating a pornhub account myself and sharing stuff on there. When I saw Blacked/Tushy/Vixen we doing that, I knew it had to be beneficial to them to some degree. But in light of them pulling their content for pornhub, I wonder what the angle is. I think for them, they can afford to be more exclusive because by now they are so big they've sort of reached maximum optimal exposure. There really wasn't anywhere to go beyond ranked #3 most popular. Above them were just Brazzers and that TaxiFuck which I assume Manwin owns both of. And you can't outrank them on their own platform, even if Blacked was averaging higher views. [Link] |

For Lansky, on the other hand, he's doing well enough that he doesn't need Pornhub/tube sites' traffic, and on top of that he sees the site doesn't actively do enough to dissuade people from uploading the full videos (there are things they can do that they choose not to for any number of reasons), so he chooses/chose to pull his stuff off of there to make a point. The site is still great for promotion, but if they're going to take you traffic from promotional videos and then turn around and take more traffic from hosting the full videos without permission, why would you want to support a company that does that?
