Very possible when you get an average a zero weighs a lot more than a ten : 10+10+10 = 30 : 3 = 10 in average , whereas 10+10+10+0= 30 : 4 = 7.5 in average , all you need is a very small number of haters to destroy a scene or an actress even when a vast majority likes it to the extreme. On the contrary a 10 wouldn't do much for example 9+9+9= 27 :3=9 in average whereas 9+9+9+10= 37:4= 9.25 in average a ten would only add just 0.25 to the average whereas a zero would take away 2.25 from the average (9+9+9+0=27:4= 6.75) it's TEN TIMES more Edited by - LCF on 1/22/2017 10:31:39 AM
^ His point wasn't about low ratings due to maths (few "haters" rating a scene low), but was about the general BLACKED members' preference of wanting to see a B/G scene and not a G/G scene, which I wholeheartedly agree with.
IIRC it's the second time in a row that Misha Cross wins in the Female Foreign Performer of the Year category at the AVN Awards. I highly hope that Greg will consider booking her for her first IR this year. I can't believe she's been so snubbed hitherto...

^^Assuming that Greg hasn't shot her already, perhaps she's asking for more than Greg wants to give. She explicitly mentioned Blacked as one of the studios that she would like to shoot her "first IR" for (the other was Dark X), so I find it hard to believe that she hasn't been on Greg's radar. Unless she's only feigning interest, there must be some practical reason that Greg hasn't shot her.

Your argument is that there are a few "biased trolls" that downrate specific scenes for various reasons, not just on BLACKED, but on other sites like Dogfart (some Prince "haters," etc). You have a right to your opinion, but IMO, not everyone who disagrees with you or has different tastes is "hating." Sometimes you're in the majority, sometimes you're in the minority. Everyone has different likes and dislikes, we should respect that instead of attempting to discredit them.

You're transforming a factuial calculation into a matter of opinion , it's not. My maths clearly shows that a zero is ten times worth a ten , a scene with a seven would nevber have such vote was the majority who didn't like it, and the opinion placed under the scene clearly supported that.
^^ I don't believe your maths to be "factual calculations," no offense. I already explained to you that you can't rate scenes 0's, but only 1 star, which is actually not even a 1, but a 2 since scenes start at 10.00 and go down, so a 1 star (out of 5) is actually a 2 out of 10 rating. So basically, you need to revise your calculations as they are incorrect. ^ It's definitely good to see Lansky trying out new male talent and Ace seemed to be performing well in the trailer, so perhaps he will become a mainstay.
As far as the "wheter Greg/Blacked is innovative" discussion, we've had that discussion in this thread before, and my opinion is the same as it was then, which is that I can't call this innovative simply because they took a type of content that already existed ("high end" IR porn) and put it on its own site.
Part 1 was really good and her Vixen scene that won at AVN was great. Rated both 5 stars on Blacked/Vixen respectively. It is very obvious that Flash wasn't under contract when her showcase was shot, Flash, Jillian and KS would have probably been incredible. Isaiah has a few gems on blacked (Jojo kiss scene, Naomi Woods/Karla, Leah/Lana, Alexa Thomas) but didn't deliver there. Blacked seems to have lost Flash and Rob, idk how long ago that Roxy Nicole scene was shot. Rob obviously had to go, but Flash and greg need to work it out lol. He also needs to shoot the new kid on the block(Rock Johnson) more. Next scene looks amazing, Cadence Lux and Anya Olsen as the hot ig models getting hit up by rappers is such a hot concept. I like to think Anya is the same from her original masurbating in bed to getting plowed by bbc storyline. This will be Lana/Leah all over again. Double cream pie, double facial, one of each maybe? Its a win-win-win. BTW congratulations to Greg Lansky, the greatest director of all time, and Adriana Chechik. Adriana could arguably be 3 time reigning POTY.

No matter the numbers ,and this is my point, the lowest vote will outweigh the highest still. three 5 and a 2 will give you an average of 4.25 or if you want three TEN and a 2 will give you an average of 8 ,even better 10+10+10+10+10+2 = 8.6 , 5 times ten and a two will lower the average 15% still you can deny all you want but the fact doesn't change, lower votes affect the average way more than the higher

I have been following Blacked and also on this site from almost the beginning, but never had a need to contribute in these debates, reading was interesting enough for me. But I now felt that need to speak whats on my mind here, so I created a profile. I was unplesantly surprised when I saw on recent Blacked Twitter posts announcing their AVN winning DVDs, congratulating Greg and the ffeatured female performers (tagging them all) while totally ignoring male featured male performers :O :O. That is on the social media of the website by Greg Lansky, who makes a point being vocal about how he respects the performers. Recognizing/acknowlidging just female performers seems utterly hypocritical then. From reading this very thread, I am aware how much important a male talent is for (even male) viewers. And me, as a female viewer - off and on, but not currently, a member of Blacked- can tell you that male talent is sure as hell important for me (often pretty much a reason why I would watch a scene). On Blacked website, highest ranked male performer, Jason Brown, is currently ranked 9.2 which is MORE than any female performer there short of currently artificially-hyped Kendra Sunderland (9.3) who is in the midst of her showcase.... Yes, I know that Greg himself doesnt write Tweets, but it should be pretty much in some common sense company's guidelines to recognize performers, if its creator is building a brand on appreciating them.... Ignoring male talent, whom is your product based on makes sound Greg's message about how he deems performers as artists seem null and hightly hypocritical. So yeah, I was just dissapointed by this and wanted to share..
^ It's a great idea that will probably never happen. Lauren has basically been branded a MILF, and the only MILFs he's shot for Blacked in the past year or two are basically the two highest profile ones that hadn't done IR (Brandi Love and Kendra Lust). Wow, I sparked a heated discussion Like i told i liked G/G scene with Kendra & Ana, i gave 8 to it and for my standard 8 is a good rating LCF is right, mathematically everything is correct, but for Blacked the rating is very important, in fact in the first page you can choose the scenes for date of release of for rating.. So it's not so relevant if there are only 3 haters or 100 people on 100 that gave a 7, the result is a 7 Each scene could have haters, even B/G.. we can't know the distribution of votes, we can only know that the only G/G scene on average he achieved a 7

what i liked the most about blacked that they used to be story driven but nowadays scenes seems to be more rushed. Now intercourse starts immediately without giving any explanation
Well I saw the average around 12 hours after it's release due to the fact that I live in Europe and I usually can download it the morning after , when they release it here it's around 7 PM but I can't download it right away , I have to wait until 7 AM or later .. So said when I could DL the scene was averaging 9.1 and Ana had an agreement higher than Kendra herself she had 9.4 over the 9.3 of Kendra , in the afternoon the average dropped dramatically she went down to "just" 8,5 and scene fell to a 7.0 of average. To get such instant fall you need lots of insufficient votes (say 2 stars) or just a bunch of minimums My guess is the latter , go to the site , read the comments but most of all take a look to the like dislike of such comments , the vast majority liked the scene Edited by - LCF on 1/25/2017 6:20:14 PM
