Has anyone seen any part of this series, from their site it looks like it is going to be a five part series of which parts one and two have been released on DVD and part three is available on their site as a download. If you have, is there an actual story/mystery to it or is it just basically a series of sex scenes?

Not exactly. A group of people come together in a mansion for a weekend where they're sort of playing Clue. There's some mysticism and cheesy special effects to denote time/consciousness shifts, and of course, a real murder. Like most features these days, not a lot of exposition or dialogue, but moody lighting and stylish shooting to separate it from gonzo.
