Kelly, Bobbi and Sophie were awesome enough to come out and join me in giving out Evil Angel product to the golfers who participated in the event that day. Bobbi this is a bit off topic from what you have been talking about in your thread but your Sharks are facing my Blackhawks from Chicago! And it for a chance for Lord Stanley Cup! It ought be good! I'm saying my Hawks in six over the Sharks but it will be tough!

It will be a tough series for both teams! I think whoever wins will win the Cup! I myself will be sipping a beer also watching my Hawks beat those Sharks! :)
So...today I started training for a triathlon. I Ran for 20 min, biked for 20 min, and swam 900 yards. Then I got home and read that I should break them up in to one action per day. Anyone on ADT know if that's true? I feel great and not at all over worked....but maybe I'm wrong. Don't know. :-/
