If its in the near future you need to step it up! 20/20/20 is great for a true beginner as it makes the hour go faster, but from what I have seen you have a high pain threshold ;) so unless you get bored easily, I would go with full swim, bike & run days because... you need to prepare your body for the full distances. Think of it in sex terms. You can't go from pinky in the butt to full on ass slave without putting in the time back there. At most you are about a 3rd of the race mileage and that won't cut it.
