The "belly-button" surgery is available now if you can find a surgeon that does it, but only for saline implants placed above the muscle - which tend to be the most artificial looking. I truly wish I had never gotten implants, even though my natural breasts were not attractive at least they didn't hurt and my nipples were normal.
