I wouldn't say she gets a pass. In her case, her political opinions are irrelevant to the one thing that she's known for. She can spout whatever drivel she wants. All her fans care about (most of them I assume) is how well she sucks and fucks. That's her only relevance in the public sphere.
It never ceases to amaze me that there is a single person in America who doesn't think Trump is anything other than a dangerously incompetent buffoon, but there appear to be tens of millions of people who seem to support him. I can't fathom for a nanosecond why they don't see through his blatantly absurd bullshit, but some people just have strange views about things. Brandi Love is not really a favourite of mine, but I can understand her appeal. I think she's dead wrong about the orange-skinned fuck-knuckle you lot have saddled yourself with as president, but it won't stop me wanking myself into a coma watching her work.

This is a free country and she can like whichever President she wants. Since when does everyone have to like the majority or fear being persecuted about it?
Guys let's move on please. It's not a matter of "giving her a pass" or not. It's that this isn't the place for the discussion. This is a place to discuss her scenes.
It will take time for people to take you seriously.. I'm not American but I think one cannot pour him/herself into someone to understand his experiences, views, that's why individuality is unique. When in history people of any country agreed upon something unanimously? Dissent is eternal so I request don't judge someone for his political opinion. She's great performer. Still shooting, that amazing because most of her fellow performers retired. I interact with her in her twitter and she is witty I must say. So cheerful and do mind her fans opinion.

She is free to believe what she likes and we are free to not support her work if we find what she supports vile. That isn't persecution. There are plenty of great performers who we can feel good about supporting and giving our money to.

Her support of Trump, who advocates for military force on our civilian population shows she's a mere MAGA cultist, who will go by whatever Trump does or say, no matter what.
Fine, thats her right. but dont expect people of colour to respect her views if they go against their very existence, and she is supporting the person whose policies continue their anguish and despair. I have no clue as to whether any of her black co-stars have taken issue with her views but I'm sure they are treading carefully to preserve their livelihoods. What an awkward situation she puts those people in.

Whether it will affect her job in the business I don't know but I it's safe to say Whitney Wright won't be working with her. She (and others) pushed back against her stance pretty strongly.
She blocked me and a few others years ago over a pretty civil discussion on Trump she apparently didn't like.

^^There are actually those of us who are turned off by a performer if they exhibit questionable belief systems. If we feel someone is ugly on the inside, it's going to affect how we see them on the outside.
It's not that big of a deal. Those who like her will still watch her vids and the those who don't will concentrate on other performers.
I'm not going to rehash my own opinions of her, but she's been explicitly political for years now and it didn't affect her standing in the industry. My guess is the reason she's receiving a pretty heavy backlash from industry peers is because of her brazenly callous statement that she "didn't care" about the murder, and proceeded to quadruple down on it and insinuate that she was ready for the "Civil War" (lol). Anyway, I doubt anything major will come from this. A couple studios may stop booking her, but she's a big draw so don't expect some kind of mass "cancellation" of her.

^Brandi deleted the tweet, but I saw the tweet before it was deleted. Someone asked her what she thought about the George Floyd situation. Brandi replied by saying she was interested for the first 2 days, but she doesn't care about it anymore.
^^She went on a sustained rant a few days ago on her Twitter. Someone snapped a screenshot of a bit of her tirade, though you can certainly go peruse her cesspool of a page if you're so inclined. Anyway like I said nothing will come from this dust-up. a few prominent performers said they're adding her to their "No" list, but nothing much will happen overall.
Said it a month ago, she's completely unhinged. She's clearly got self-worth issues being eaten up with so much hate and if the industry has any integrity whatsoever (yeah I know) she would be completely ostracized.
That said she'd probably earn an even bigger fortune on onlyfans cosplaying for the Trump base, I can see it now, batons, pepper spray, knee on a kneck......she'd cream it in.
Brandi seems like a smart girl, standing behind something she believes in. Good for her. I can't say the same for some other celebs who did a 180 as soon as the mob turned on them for having different believes than them.

Yeah, I think this is a big piece. At the core of her libertarian ideology, she sees herself, or is trying desperately to see herself, as this self-made woman with free will, and a big part of that belief system is the idea that everyone else can and should make decisions that are best for them. They don't really sympathize with the idea that most people are largely a product of their circumstances. And, like all fanatics, the existence of a different belief system is a threat in itself.
But I still think she looks great with cock in her mouth. :)
That's the problem of following pornstars on twitter. They write about topics not related with what their followers love them. Sometimes fans get a little bit obsessed in asking them about everything. Why would someone have interest in what Brandi thinks about George Floyd? Stupid question and stupid answer by Brandi, but she deleted the tweet (she regretted to write it). If I wanted to be his friend, I would say she's mad. Since I just want to see her fucking and sucking, everything is ok.

Similar thing different topic. Journailst asked Jurgen Klopp (FC Liverpool manager): "What he thinks about COVID19"? He responded in a way, and I am not quoting: "Are you insane? You are asking football manager about Covid 19? What am I supposed to know about pandemic?" He was furious. Those were similar worlds he used to answer but in this manner. So should all the people who are not involved into case where the subject is not metter of their expertise react.
So should pornstars who are not social or any type of experts react or bring fire to the subject react. Because it can do them no good.
So please, in a same manner as Klopp reacted I am asking you to leave the topic and discuss about porn where porn is all about. We all have our opinions on all things but we are not experts in all things.
^ These two things are not the same though. Some things like a virus you need to have actual knowledge of. It would be stupid to trust the information of anyone not in the field that deals with that sort of thing. But for politics and social issues, especially here in a democracy where everyone has the right to vote, while having knowledge helps inform decisions, things are mostly opinion based. And everyone is entitled to there opinion no matter what there occupation is, especially since these issues both are affected by and have an effect on us all.
I think she is neither 'unhinged' nor has 'self worth issues'. She has expressed points of view. Just because many may disagree with her does not mean those views are necessarily 'wrong'. Porn by its nature is bound to attract actors and performers whose lives and opinions are not governed by the herd mentality. From what I can see she is an individualist who supports self autonomy, not least the right of women to have control of their bodies including involvement in porn.
I don't live in the US and certainly am no fan of Trump, who appears to me to be a fucking idiot. But I understand where Brandi is coming from. She is one of the top few stars of recent years though one who doesn't always get the material she deserves. She will continue to be popular, and that is only right because a star of either mainstream entertainment or porn should be judged on their merits, not on opinions they might hold.
