Everyone is different. But each breast can produce 3 or 4 ounces per nursing and a baby nurses about 8 to 12 times a day.

I haven't tried it yet. But, the wife is due in early March, so I will soon. I guess it's my turn to get squirted in the face, huh? I also heard that breastmilk is very fattening, so I won't be settling up to a big glass of it. But, I am curious to taste it.
