I thought they are located in San Diego, CA. I always ship out my movies on Saturday and it reaches bush on Monday - and I received new movies Wensday. Has any had positive results from the NY location? I assume it hits NY then San Diego? It takes 2 days to reach San Diego from me. So I can only imagine if this goes to NY and then re-route back to San Diego, and finally me. Its been a great 2 years for with Bush and I have nothing but positive reviews on this shopping board. I have never been a trouble maker nor make this a negative post. But I am not liking what I see. I hope Bush changes it shipping routines as I am ready to leave for another provider that will ship from CA. [Link] |

Only the states Bill listed should get the NY label. Chances of this happening are very slim. We have over 50,000 mailers left with the San Diego return address. Once we use them up we will be printing the return address directly on the mailer and there should be no mistakes. Express Return is in "Beta" right now and we have had a couple hiccups, but we believe it will speed up return delivery and benefit the customers in the states it applies to.
