I wanna know which website offers the best video quality for older Porn movies. The DVD era ones. I bought some from AE and is disappointed by the quality.

I purchased from AE and was disappointed as well.

Most studios aren't tech savy (they didn't even encode their DVDs) and the VOD sites will re-encode all videos they receive even if they receive good quality files. Best bet is to buy from a studio on c4s/manyvids or directly. I think the goal of VOD sites is for small files not quality. Many of the gonzo videos are in 30fps when they should've been 60fps.

Be well

Thanks for replying. Daamn that sucks. Alot of old movies are unattainable in physical format.

Do you like the era 2000-2005? I have been collecting DVDs from that era.
I have not downloaded a single VOD scene that was as high a quality as the DVD version.
I usually only download a VOD scene when I think I may never find the DVD.

It is a sad fact that you really have to get the physical DVD version to get the best quality.
I mean sad in that the DVDs cost a lot more than the VODs.
It can be enjoyable having a physical collection.

The best sites to buy older DVDs from, in my view, are these:

adultdvdmarketplace.com
adultempire.com
jeedoo.com

Same boat here. I bought a bunch of AE stuff, but the bitrate and overall encoding quality just never gets high enough to look "HQ," no matter what they label it as. I eventually started rebuying everything on DVD because the discs actually give you something you can work with.
The downside is DVDs are disappearing fast, and the older ones are getting harder to track down now that the format's basically dead.
