Personally, I prefer the AGSOI series so far. I don't want to see 35 minutes of fucking between each swallowing sequence when I watch a cum swallowing movie and that's the strength of AGSOI. I have never watched an entire scene in a NCDA movie without hitting the FFW button. I also like the fact that the scenes in AGSOI are much more spread out over the entire movie. In NCDA; you may have as much as three different cum swallowing "scenes" with each girl, but they're almost always in sequence - and ALWAYS separated by a marathon fucking sequence. The scene with Cris Taliana from whatever NCDA she was in is a golden exception; that scene was f-ing brilliant! Otherwise; the fact that you may see the same girl three times over in a movie is something that I really like with AGSOI. And Brandon; if you stop producing new AGSOI-movies I may have to start looking for other things to do with my life besides jacking off to porn, and I don't want that. ;)

Anyway; Mike John is great, no doubt about that. But I personally think that he's got caught in old wheeltracks (not having seen no.6 yet). Most NCDA scenes feel very "mass-produced".

Anyway; both Brandon Iron and Mike John are thousands of miles ahead of David Luger who's possibly the worst thing ever to have happened to gonzo porn. Swallow my Pride 2 was IMHO the best cum swallowing movie ever made when it came out (Hmm... who directed that movie? ;) ) - but since mr.Luger took over at volume three SMP has degenerated into an awful series with identical scenes (just switch the girl) and with mr.Luger's annoying habit of verbally destroying every scene he's directing.

Again, I base this off observing the same thing happen to other companies or genres, and I'm not implying that I have some insider perspective.

Anyone remember the amateur boom of the early 90s, as an example.

In any case, for cum swallowing fans, AGSOI was the gold standard for the genre, for two years running, and that's not a bad record, all things considered.

If AGSOI cost more to produce than other RLD generic titles, that simply have the latest flavor of the month teen queens, then it's not hard to understand how AGSOI would get squeezed out.

This is the danger of running a high volume company.

It's a pity that Brandon couldn't jump ship to EA, where they figured out, a long time ago, that quality beats quantity every single day - well quantity as in titles per month, not as in loads swallowed - hehe.

David Lugar's work isn't even in the same league. I specifically look to see if Lugar is the director and usually need to see a trailer that convinces me to get that title. Otherwise I'd take a pass on Lugar's material.

The highlight of the movie for me is Bianca Pureheart collecting 20+ loads in a big clear bowl. She encourages almost every guy to shoot off into the bowl with dirty talk - at one point even asking with a "Pretty, please!" (that almost pushed me over the edge). Have you ever consider volunteer or admission fee for seeing your shooting scenes. Let me tell you that I would be willing to pay to see the actual shooting and might even volunteer for the scene if I'm in the area. Do what John Thompson of GGG fame did - he charge people to see his shooting (it cost me $250 if I remember). On another topic - why pay the guys who cannot pop or pop only dribbbel. Don't you guys have a stipulation/contract that say if you cannot pop or produce a decent pop you will not get paid?. What you are doing is like hiring a carpenter to fix your house and he forgot to bring his tools and you're still paying him because he came to your house or the analogy for the dribble as the carpenter who came with half his needed tools and you still pay him even when he almost did nothing in term of work.

NCDA#6 is bit of a disappointment. The cum shots collected by K.Well and B.Pureheart are mostly dribble. I rather prefer scenes with 10 men with good load of cum shots versus mostly 24 men with weak shots/dribbles.

Here's the real point: You have a fanbase now. A genuine following, due mostly to your AGSOI and Bakers Dozen series. To just give up so easily and "concede the crown to Mike John", and to say things like "I am done with competing with anyone", is a clear sign that, to me, shows all you really care about is "having fun" getting your rocks off while making a few bucks.

But what about your fans?. You should realize by now that's how you've got a name for yourself as a producer. You have a way with your shoots from AGSOI that nobody can match. Not even Mike John. And to quit now would be to quit on your fans by giving them one huge let down. No more AGSOI would not be a very career friendly move. But that's just my opinion.

Here's something though that's not just an opinion, but fact. If you were to take a poll on here of which swallow series is the best and which series out of the top 3 we'd rather see go bye bye, AGSOI would be on the TOP of the former and the bottom of the latter.

AGSOI costs more and is more of a headache to produce because it's head and shoulders above anything else. You should take pride in that (like you once did) and vow to continue. Yes, it may take some "sacrifice" but nothing worth while every comes easy. What ever the cost, find a way to do it and don't give up your crown and powers so easily. Where there's a will there's a way.

A few years ago when Mark Wood and I produced a teen line for another company we asked for a $500 increase after 10 volumes. We were told to take a hike. It's all about money. Period. The way I spend money with AGSOI, I will be lucky to make it to Vol. 10.

If I understand Brandon correctly, he doesn't see his directing/producing efforts as those of "an artist" but rather as those of "a craftsman". There isn't a damn thing wrong with that. He wants to make a great product, have some fun, and make a good living . . . like the rest of us. Why should he sacrifice himself on the alter of porn-fan expectations? I can't think of a single reason.

It's not as if Brandon hasn't consistently given fans a great value, because -- as the attestations in this thread demonstrate -- he has, in spades.

In the olden days, successful composers, artists and fine craftsmen had wealthy patrons who supported their creativity. Patronage made possible countless works of art and culture, which we still enjoy now, that would never have seen the light of day without such bankrolling. Creative people who were thus supported were able to "do their thing" and (sometimes) lead a relatively comfortable life at the same time.

I, for one, don't see a long line of patrons queuing up to finance the efforts of our favorite porn auteurs. Nor do I see any "pure" fans (i.e., fans other than the porn directors themselves) offering to finance particular beloved porn series even to make a profit.

Until that kind of thing happens, let's count our blessings and be thankful for what we've been given.

Perhaps you're burned out with it all... That's understandable. But quite a few people have offered ideas in the posts to this thread. If it were me, and I heard the rant of all the fans on here, I'd think twice about it before I just gave up. At least consider a few suggestions posted in this thread or perhaps a hybrid of the ideas posted here. The ultimate choice is yours, but please don't terminate AGSOI.

In my next post, I'll also throw my 2 cents in on a few suggestions. Brandon, I'm glad you "had fun" with 50 to 1. (what guy wouldn't) But I have to admit like others have said here, it doesn't interest me in the least. That's not meant to be a putdown.
