The reason this is possible has two scenarios, One the clitoris actually shapped like a wishbone from a chicken, it actually goes down either side of a womans vagina and bends backwards slightly with the nerves finishing down near her anus. Thats one theory and another is that in the right position having anal sex the penis can actually hit the womans G Spot thru her vaginal canal. When a vagina dosen't have anything inside it it actually lays flat. It is not an empty tube or space, it collapses and lays flat against each side.
