Senior Member 1679 Posts 2/01 | Posted - Aug 15 2002 : 6:20PM dv-depot also has a title request page where you enter all the info on a title you would like added to the site (i.e. title name, company name, what other site you saw it on, how much it is listed for), they then add it to the site so you can place an order for it. But here is the main reason I ile dv-depot the best: They have something called a flexicart. It is like a pre-shopping cart. What you do is if a title is not instock or if it's just been added to the site, you click on "add to flexicart" this automatically gets the depot to order this title for you, while you are waiting for it to come instock, the title is listed in your flexicart, once the title comes instock a number appears beside the title in your flexicart (30). The number 30 signifies the number of days left you have to purchase said title. That title is reserved in your flexicart for you up to 30 days. Basically you have 30 days in which to move it to your shopping cart and purchaes it. If you decide you don't want it you can alweays delete it from your flexicart. Totally cool feature. Once you add a title that is "on order" to your flexicart, it will be reserved for you when it comes instock, awesome feature. They also automatically send you an e-mail every time a title of yours comes inmstock. They also have customer forums where they answer customer questions (mostly about mainstream titles). Customer serice is top notch, very cool people to deal with. Highly recommended if you are in Canada. [Link] |

They eventually said "oops, send it back and we will send the correct title" (So now I'm paying for their admitted mistake, they did not offer to reimburse shipping or anything) weeks pass weeks pass I email them mentioning that this whole mess is their fault, and why do they expect me to pay for their stuff up.
