I've developed a little problem. When I come to the forum and click on the link to enter, it just reloads and prompts me again. I can't get in at all on Firefox. But I'm here using IE7. I've cleared the cache and cookies to no avail.. ideas?

Are you referring to this site or iafd.com?

I've been using Firefox for well over 12 months and have never had any problems getting onto this site.

Have you tweaked anything either by using 'Tools', 'Options' or by some of the available Add-Ons (previously known as extensions) - such as scripts for example?

Are you using the most up to date version of Firefox 2.0.0.2?

Are there any other sites that you have problems with?

Well, suddenly it's working now. Don't know why.

Coincidence?

I don't think so.

The only thing that would cause the enter page to pop up repeatedly is if your browser isn't accepting the cookie we set when the "enter" link is clicked. It's a persistent cookie valid for 24 hours. Some higher-security configurations and anti-spyware software may configure a browser to only accept session cookies and not persistent cookies .

Same thing happened to me on a regular basis when I was running IE6.
I'm running the latest edition of Firefox now, but it still happens to me from time to time.

Odd, looking at the time stamp of the first post, that is about the time I post here in the evening and Firefox is my primary browser. No issues here.

Maybe it's just the spyware Homeland Security installed on your hard drive

When it stops working cut/paste the URL in the address bar into a post here or email it to me. I'd like to see the URL. It will help me determine what's going on.

Do you get to this site through a bookmark on your computer? If you do you might need to update your bookmark.

I use Firefox 2.0.0.2 and have not experienced this problem at all.

Figured it out. I had a stupid redirect blocker installed in Firefox. So I removed it, and here I am with Firefox, not IE.
