Drew Black broken crankshaft 8011 Posts 9/99	Posted - Jan 3 2026 : 7:02AM I made some changes to the cookie settings over the past few days that could end up causing images to be displayed as a single pixel gif image. You might have been viewing things while the change was rolling out. (I discovered that some members here are using the image upload feature to embed images on other forums.) [Link]

Noticed today I had been logged out and could not login either :-( Kept getting this message: Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8' Object required: 'objADTDB' /convert_cookies.asp, line 33 Only way things work again now is using this different browser....wait looks like I can get it to work in my usual browser if I allow for a cloudflare link (sigh). Keeps making me click on something to confirm my age or whatever though.....I need to read the Tech Talk Age Verification thread to understand what is going on. It's great in that a lot of annoying advertisement type videos on some webpages simply don't work at all! Prevents me from getting assaulted constantly on certain websites with video ads (I don't even understand how people can stand that stuff). I also use it with a Noscript addon that disallows ANY to run at all unless I specifically allow it. To get back in here to login on via this browser I had to temporarily allow "cloudflareinsights.com". Once I did that I could login and although at first multiple pages kept having me to click on a consent type window, things have been working normally again since then (since I hadn't been logged out again, guess have a new cookie or something like that?). Anyways Drew none of this is anything you should worry about or spend time on. No one else here is probably accessing the forum like me. Eventually if necessary I will have to use a different browser or even a different PC with an updated browser that works with cloudflare for 100% to access this forum (I have to do that now with a couple things like ebay but I digress). But as I mentioned in the tech thread I'm not going to participate in the age authentication stuff that requires uploading selfies or driver license photos or whatever so there's that but...oh well...
