My guess is that some of your fans might be happy to help on some of your projects.

I sometimes watch PMVs (Porn Music Videos) online, and there are some very skilled editors sitting at home making careful and creative edits as a hobby. One (possibly more) of your fans might love to have privileged access to raw footage, in exchange for editing. Of course, this is just an example. For obvious reasons I wouldn't recommend inviting fans on set, but a lot of work can be done remotely.

You and your husband know more about the porn business than I do, but I assume that volunteer reviewers get screeners or free access to websites in exchange for their honest reviews. Using volunteers in PR and marketing is kind of obvious, but there might be other ways to use volunteers to get porn projects accomplished.

As I've said, I have no particular skills that would be helpful in doing any web-based project, but your fans might be an untapped resource.
