Unfortunately there was no DVD disc in the case when I opened it. I tried browsing through XRent DVD's web sight to see what their return policy is for these matters but couldn't find anything except a customer service email address. For anyone who's dealt with XRent, how is their customer service? Do you think they would believe me if I told them that the DVD case was empty?? I might even have a hard time believing me! This is only my second purchase from XRent so I'm not familiar with their policie(s). What can I do? Am I screwed?? Thanks,  [Link] |

I have found them to be one of the best to deal with and have found their customer service excellent. I haven't had the problem you are experiencing, but most definitely contact them.
