Sleazy, hard, and in control might not require you to fuck fast and steady for a long time. You can vary your pacing from hard and fast to slow and teasing hard thrusts. You don't know what she means by "rough," so I'd start slow and gentle anyway, and let her responses guide you if she wants more.
