It's a circular testimony. I have no reason to say Nocho is a liar, though I don't know him and I'm not sure he isn't either. The problem here is that he uses a drug who makes the virus undetectable because it prevent some of the virus' actions , so whether he didn't test positive actually doesn't say much , he could have dodged dectection for a long time and say that it just happened when eventually got caught. We can't be sure , if there is a chain of infected performers to track down then he could be caught a liar but even if he lied and nobody got infected , it doesn't really matter , what matters is he stops performing right now [Link]

Click to expand The previous test was based on the Elisa detection system and that has a window of detection of 45 to 60 days while the one they are implementing is the PCR/RNA which has window of detection of 7 to 10 days. They will also now require that talent be tested every 14 days. Finally they before anyone can start shooting again. They will require that every performer have a test done after Feb 18. The bad news is that the current HIV testing system they are implementing can be fooled by HIV+ patient who have a very low Viral load while the new one that Talent Testing is adding to their list of test will detect those patients because it detects the presence of antibodies. The only risk would be an exposure if second or third generation ,unlikely but still not impossible. Anyway it's not fair to put any names it could harm professionally even those who are completely healthy. Bad rumors and suspects are damaging even those totally baseless [Link]
