Bailey's fiancé, performer AJ Applegate, was in attendance at Expo Sexo as well, and with Quintana when he spoke to AVN. On her behalf, Quintana stated, "AJ would really love privacy right now, so if maybe our peers could not [offer condolences] on social media, it would help her during her time of mourning, while she makes arrangements with the family.

Talent agent Randy Quintana of Society 15, who was on the scene following the accident, told AVN that Bailey, who had been drinking during the day, tumbled over the railing of a hotel stairwell, falling from the fourth floor all the way to the ground parking level. The fall killed Bailey on impact.

By the reports it such a tragic accident. I first learned of this when pornstar Darla Crane tweeted the news. She appeared in scenes for Naughty America with Bill and so would have also known him
