What is probably happening here, is that Viv Thomas oversaturates the colors. This could happen at almost any stage of the production from shooting the video onwards, but is most likely created in post-production, during either mastering or duplication.
Now, why do they do this, you might ask? Well, it could be a mistake, which is highly unlikely since they do it with all their titles, so it seems. So, I guess they do it deliberately, probably to create a house style of some sort. Oversaturation is often misunderstood as adding more vibrancy to the colors and picture as a whole. That is a big mistake in my book. Oversaturation is no more or less the same as overdriven sound: it is a distortion of the signal.
btw, green, but especially red (and all related colors) and to a lesser degree blue, are all 'difficult' video colors, that will bleed quite easily when oversaturatiing the colors. As hot as red lingerie might look, it is difficult to capture well on video.
There is not much you can do. You could try lowering the colors on your TV, but the bleeding will remain.
