A complaint to an online dvd-shop:
www.**************.com
By not writing the name, I would give them a chance to change their routines and not getting bad publicity.

The problem is that they don't send boxes with dvd. Therefore the covers is getting damaged when they ship dvds.

It's no use to complain, they just don't care, but there should be an easy solution to it. If they can do that I will order a lot from them because anything else about what they do is good.

Is there anyone, especially from this website, who can comment or suggest anything? If noone replies, I will add to this thread which company I'm talking about.

There are several online retailers who operate that way. Have you actually emailed the shop in question about this? I would hazard a guess that an email is more likely to resolve the issue than posting here in hopes the guilty party will read something that's not actually addressed to them.

I live in Europe. Isn't there someone else who is having trouble with covers from (www.adult********.com and others), that are folded in the middle? It looks bad when you put them in boxes.

CDUniverse ships always with boxes and lasersege has a shipping option "with boxes".

Your game is silly. You make your original post on a Friday afternoon as a new user slamming a company. You fein concern and hope to "give them a chance to change their routines" over a weekend while they aren't in the office or able to respond to you here. While you may have a reasonable complaint no one will take you seriously at this point because of this silly crap. Better luck next time.
