The DVD has encrypted movies that requires access codes to unlock them for viewing. The dvd lists this number "08 99 19 09 76" to call in and follow instructions to get the access codes for the different clips on the dvd. I have 2 questions: 1) i am dialling into this number from outside france(ISD)and have trouble making the call as the number doesn't get thru. does this number need a 0033 CODE b4 the number above to get into the french telecom network or is it a direct dial number from any part of the world? 2) secondly, does getting the codes require any further usage of a credit card or just the premium charges on this line is itself the cost to get the codes? i wud appreciate answers from any body out there with some shopping experience with concorde.fr.
