vodka- it's not physically possible for a man to urinate while he is anything more than semi-hard. The 2 physiological systems cannot operate simultaneously. This is a precautionary biological phenomenon to prevent accidental urination during intercourse.
Not sure if that is 100% accurate. I know from practical experience that sometimes I can urinate while still completely or almost completely hard. It usually happens right after I've finished having sex (or masturbating) and my bladder has been full for a while: I rush for the toilet and I've got to contort my body in order to get my aim right.

manetho - I stand corrected on the technicality that you're speaking of a leftover hard-on that will only last for a VERY short time. Since the nervous system recognized that you have already ejaculated, it opens up the pathway to allow urination.
