You frequently hear that a set of rules are set for male pornstars to perform good on the set, such as not having sex at least two days before the filming or must eat certain food to deliver a good cumshot. Are there any rules for the female talent? do they take anything to make them horny. or any special prepration before the shooting?
I understand that female talent are expressly forbidden to eat the following foods before shooting anal scenes: 1) pickled pig knuckles, 2) hard boiled eggs, 3) baked beans.
you know I see how badly girls are treated when they come out and talk about the horrible things that really happen but fuck it I'm pretty much done anyway....
It's 100% true we are not aloud to have pickled pig knuckles.

as i pretty much work every day.....that rule is out! :) to deliver a good cumshot...I will let you guys in on an industry secret. There is a cocktail involved for a good cumshot:
1. 50mg zinc 2. calcium 3. saw palmetto 4. tribulus (natural testosterone) 5. protein shake: naked protein (38g) or muscle milk (32g)

Yeah, load dumpers do discuss their various tricks to improve the load. Everyone has a different take on it.
Obviously, female performers are advised not to eat the night before an anal scene. (I guess that shouldn't read female....whoever is taking it in the ass shouldn't eat the night before)

The bottom line in all seriousness is that each gal has to work out what works for her some gals fast and some girls don't some use the enima liquid and some dont but no one makes you do anything the girls that figure their bodies out dont shit every where. as to the being in the mood anymore gals are working every day and showing up sore and complaining as there is more work than in the past and the sex is rougher.
Hope I'm not hijacking this thread, but I think that's a fascinating comment by someone who's in a position to know. More work and rougher sex? Yeah, I can see that; however, I had been under the impression that with the breakdown of the "sex work is taboo" morality, more young women are turning to porn than ever before. I had also been under the impression that there was an influx of eastern European girls to such an extent that there was some resentment from the homegrown variety. All false? Or somewhat false?
And if it's somewhat false and there's a shortage of willing talent, are rates shooting up? Remember, there was an active thread some months ago about how much female talent makes for a basic shoot. (My own opinion? All talent, male and female, are seriously underpaid)
