Reasons I have / haven't: depends on whether I thought it was a good value. Many sites are expensive (IMO).
More importantly: does it have content that I want to see? *Extremely important*
Is it a good idea? Depends on how you implement it.
People are very picky about what they want and what they'll pay for. People who like anything will be more than happy with all the free crap on the internet. But if you want specific fetishes, then it gets harder to find stuff. The more specific and unusual the interest, usually the more you're willing to pay Because it's rare and unusual.
So if you're going to offer stuff, you need to be specific about what they're offering, and you need to help match people with what they want to see. If it's just 1 hour of streaming video for 99cents, that ain't going to cut it.
