Although I'm broke... I'm very interested. I have sen the benchmarks and stuff, just curious if anyone has upgraded and seen a huge difference. I'm mainly interested if anyone upgraded from a P4, lets say 3GHz, to a Core 2 Duo, of from a 3500+ AMD 64 to a Core 2 Duo. So adding Vista later (even without the problems that will probably occur) will not be a great option. So it will take a year to work out the errors in Vista and for processors that will be fast enough to not get bogged down by Microsoft's improvements to come out. [Link] |
