| LubeNLuv Senior Member  1854 Posts 3/06 |  Posted - Jun 1 2007 : 4:03PMSo I threw in a fairly new DVD I got as a freebie with my last order, something from Sineplex called "Anal POV 1" or similiar....honestly didn't look that closely at it. After I skip the intro bs I get to the menu. There, I'm presented with the usual "Chapters," "Trailers," "Extras," etc. But one thing catches my eye...it's called "Fetish Menu." I launch that and am presented with 6 or so "themes" to choose from: A2M, Anal, Toys, Blowjobs, Pussy, etc (who would've thought BJ's and Vaginal sex were Fetishes?). Clicking on any of these brings up a "highlights" loop that focuses ONLY on those kinds of scenes from the movie. Basically like your typical cumshot loop but more segregated. Pretty neat....teach me to ignore the menu's I guess. I'd never seen something like that before. Movie is a bunch of no-names, BTW, not really recommended, but I commend the producers for coming up with a neat little gimmick. Any other interesting menu schemes out there? Is this the norm on all Sineplex releases or just this one?  [Link] |

Some companies call it pick your pleasure, some call it fetish menu, etc. If you see some sort of word variation on that .. you will know they have it. In a way, something like a fetish menu even features into the plot of the original Fashionistas, which of course has a real fetish menu on one of the discs. I know Jules Jordan's movies when he was at Evil Angel had the fetish menu. I always like cumshot loops, but I'm not really a big fan of the fetish menus other than that. They take up disc space with footage that is already in the movie. I would rather they use that disc space for more extra footage, BTS, and bonus scenes, or just encode everything on the disc at a higher resolution. The amount of people who really liked it was a lot more than the amount who said that it was ok but they didn't need it. We kept the cumshot recap and we increased the number of chapters in the movie even more so people could find what they were looking for in the movie by simply pressing NEXT. [Link] |
