Having watched the trailer, I need to point out the obvious: Porn isn't real. My understanding is that people who are into rough sex use safe words. I assume that both she and her partner were acting. That said, I just flipped through the first few model pages on FacialAbuse.com, and I didn't see any Spiegler Girls. If Spiegler won't book with them, I consider that a red flag. If Facial Abuse really is abusing its talent, then we need to recognize that Belle is an 18-year-old girl who got into porn thinking that her parents would never find out, and that if she told one of her college acquaintances, it wouldn't spread around campus. Now that she is being opening disparaged all over campus, she is defending herself by giving interviews to the media in which she is justifying her decision to continue shooting porn. If she felt abused at the time of the filming, she may not be ready to acknowledge that to herself or the media. As consumers of porn, we would be hypocritical to offer anything other than support to performers who become the target of critical attention. The question of whether Facial Abuse is abusing its talent– or whether it is just a fantasy– is distinct from whether Belle deserves the support of her fans. There have been times where the action was more than a girl could handle, she quit but opted to finish the scene by taking a cumshot, getting paid and leaving. We call that a "tap out". That's when a model, for whatever reason, doesn't finish but still allows us to put and ending on the scene. Of course, having a girl quit before she completes the scene won't pay as much as finishing it 100% does... but they're still paid. Like any business, expenses are factored in along with the amount of work she finished. Of course, she could say "fuck this" and leave without getting a dime and the video goes in the trash. We have a very strict protocol to ensure the model's safety. We don't allow any sort of drinking, drug use here. A 21 year old (or older) can't even sip a beer on my watch. We ensure that medically, they're fit to perform in this type of scene. The only variable is the model herself... but I can assure you that no girl goes into this blindly. They all know EXACTLY, WITHOUT DOUBT what our scene involves. Honestly, some see it as a challenge. Others, a fantasy. Others, a paycheck. You can't put one girl's experience as all girl's experience. But getting back on topics with Missy aka Belle. I remember her. I remember her being one of the sweetest models I had the privilege to work with. I also remember apologizing to her before the shoot for having to say mean things to her.
