Dear Axel,

$350 is on its way to Prague c/o Dick Miller. I have paid all the bank charges and sent it priority. Dick said he will be in Prague till May 19th then back on June 10th. If you are there after the 10th, I will ask him to hand everything over to you, the contribution, a card plus a music CD for Daniella (a Xmas present but I didn't know where to send it). If you're there before the 10th, Dick has someone to be liaised with.

I will request him to contact you a bit nearer the time to sort things out.

Met- as for your printing problem,
when I want to print out threads from ADT, I usually just copy and paste them into a word processing program like Microsoft Word.
There's most likely something within IE that someone else could tell you about, but my way works OK in the meantime.

I still seemed to be having difficulty with even your method.

Just yesterday I spotted a magazine article where someone was asking the same as I did about why the right side of the Web page gets chopped off when actually printed out.

The magazine (PC ANSWERS) recommended a free download with a remedy, - it's www.fineprint.com
The download is 1.7Mb

I tried this and sure enough it does capture the whole page and print it with everything in. "Fineprint" provides a panel and you set the paper size for a larger size (A3) and when you print, everything fits in the A4 sheet.

The only thing the print is rather small and a bit of a strain to read. So, to read it better, you may have to blow the A4 up on a photocopier to A3 paper or some other larger size.

You may know that the popular adult moviestar Daniella Rush was seriously injured in a car accident last summer in the Czech Republic and has been confined to hospital for ten months. For many months, Daniella has had to use a wheelchair and at present can manage to walk about 40/50 metres with some apparatus for support.

On the well-known USA ADT Site Forum "Star Crossed" under a posting by 'Gabriel Nine' there have been many postings and 6,197 viewings of the topic by friends of Daniella's, well wishers and fans to date.

Fans in the USA and here in the UK (with kind support, help or good wishes from Axel Braun, Steve Holmes, Tricia Devereaux, Dick Miller, Silvia Saint and others) have suggested and started up a Daniella Rush Appreciation Fund so that we can present Daniella with a monetary gift and cards etc in Prague, when Axel Braun visits that city in early June 2003.

USA fans are sending cards with "American Express Gift Cheques" to Axel for him to take over and present them all personally to Daniella in June and non-USA fans are sending gifts and cards to Steve Holmes' friend, moviemaker Mr Dick Miller who now resides in Prague. Dick is gathering them all to also hand over to Axel upon his arrival in Prague next month.

We have written letters to Marc Dorcel, Private, for whom Daniella made many lovely movies seeking support and also to Chris Alexander at Anabolic and Lexington Steele seeking their help too. Unfortunately, my e-mails did not reach the last two persons as the e-mail addresses we have do not seem to be working (the one for Lexington was given in an AVN article written by Lexington), but we have posted the letters up on the Web on the ADT Site mentioned above on page 8 of the 'Gabriel Nine' topic. Axel Braun will be in Prague soon I believe and hopefully lots of ADT members have joined the efforts to present Daniella with a substantial gift in appreciation of the enjoyable movies she made both in the USA and Europe before her accident.

I have have received several messages from fans outside the USA and they are now sending gifts directly to Mr Dick Miller (also known as Richard Mailer, a movie producer/director for "Wicked Pictures" Studio, "Taboo" and "Playboy" etc) who now resides in Prague. I wonder do you know if Daniella has actually left the hospital now and if so, will she be able to attend University to complete her medical studies ?

Dick has been most helpful to us non-USA fans (with no American Express Gift Cheques available over here). I met some Silvia Saint & ADT fans last night in Soho, W.1. for a meal and a look around the shops, etc.

We were discussing Daniella and one of the gentleman, John said he has got a gift for Daniella. John is off to Romania today and then back again after a few days but off again to Prague on or about the 20th June.

I said that I didn't know your timetable yet but that you might be in Prague still. If not, I asked John to contact Dick Miller at EFA in Prague to deliver his parcel for Daniella.

I am sending John both your and Dick's e-mail addresses separately, as he only found out about the Appreciation Fund for Daniella from Wanda Polak's Site in Slovakia, which is also mentioned in the Yahoo general search (he didn't know about ADT). I asked him to look in on ADT when he returns to the UK later next week.

Lexington spoke very highly of Czech stars Silvia and Daniella and I am sure he would wish to help our effort for Daniella. For your kind perusal, here are the latest few entries on p.9 of the ADT Web Site https://www.adultdvdtalk.com/ where one of the topics is devoted to Czech movie star Daniella Rush, who suffered a serious car accident last summer leaving her in hospital for ten months recovering from her injuries.

In earlier postings in the "Star Crossed" Forum, under the "DANIELLA RUSH ACCIDENT" topic originally posted by 'Gabriel Nine', there are letters to your two esteemed Companies and others asking if you would join in and support the effort to make a presentation to Daniella Rush, when Axel Braun (the son of Moviemaker and "King of Porn" Lasse Braun and General Manager of "Elegant Angel" Studios) visits Prague later this month.

All the details of this effort are on the ADT Web Site, also there is some information on Silvia Saint's free Site http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ClubSilviaSaint/

Your Companies both strongly featured the tantalising Daniella in the movies. In particular "The Bride Wore Black" (Pirate Video De Luxe, directed by Englishman Frank Thring or Bill Wright as Silvia Saint refers to him) and Daniella was in many continental movies (apart from her Private and USA successes).

Your support would be a great morale booster for the Fund and Daniella who is to receive every penny of it when Axel Braun visits her in Prague shortly.

If you require any information of how you can help Daniella, please e-mail me. Steve Holmes's friend, movie producer Dick Miller is also available in Prague to help with facilities to receive bank transfers of contributions to the "Daniella Rush Appreciation Fund".

Mr Miller's bank details are given on the ADT Site in an earlier posting and if you would like to help in this effort for Daniella, I have set them out again below. This is where we sent our donation of $350 to, with some other gift items going to Mr Miller's office in Prague.

Popular moviestar Steve Holmes has contributed the sum of $500 and Dick Miller himself has made a further contribution. Another London fan is taking his gift over in person when he visits Prague on business on the 20th of this month.

Daniella is sweet and lovely, - not only in looks.

NB. There are also some very nice small photos somewhere on the Web with Daniella in a blue costume and she has a pair of dark glasses pulled down a little way in one of them. We used two of those to send a greeting to Daniella for the "Daniella Rush Appreciation Fund".

BTW, you can e-mail Daniella to send her greetings in the Czech Republic and I believe Daniella is still using the e-mail which she had at the hospital and I understand that she answered every single person who wrote to her.

I trust by now you have viewed this topic originated by 'Gabriel Nine' last year after the news of Daniella's accident first broke.

There have now been over seven thousand viewings by well-wishers and fans of Daniella's on this Site plus good wishes expressed on several other Sites, including a message from Daniella's friend Silvia Saint.

If you want to write to Daniella or send a gift, you will have seen the addresses to use, also Daniella's e-mail address.

Non-USA fans have sent presents direct to Prague c/o Dick Miller's bank (cash) and office (presents). Dick is a good friend of moviestar Steve Holmes, who was the first person on ADT to pledge support to the Fund for Daniella.

Dick is going to hand everything over to Axel Braun when Axel visits Prague later this month.

Axel will then take them personally to present to Daniella.

I only just saw your message of two days ago.

I have been busy with Silvia Saint's big movie list and missed your posting.

It's a shame that you are not able to visit Daniella this month.

If I remember rightly, Steve Holmes' friend Dick Miller (movie director in Prague) was returning to Prague after the 10th June.

We sent $350 to Dick Miller's company at his bank (address given on the Site) plus another gift and card we sent to his office EFA in Prague.

I expect your friend Patrick Palumbo has got most of the gifts that have come in now. Please do you have an e-mail address for Patrick ?

We will copy this posting to Steve and Dick to enquire how we are doing.

Will Patrick be good enough to take these to Daniella on your behalf please ?

I hope that USA and other fans sent you Amex or other presents for Daniella. Several ADT members kindly said they intended to support the effort (Steve, DenverDon, Ramsey and hopefully others ?). It's a pity Axel is not coming to Prague after all in June.

Please do you have Patrick's e-mail address. One London fan (John) is bringing a gift over to Prague for Daniella and I told him to e-mail you and Axel to see who was about when he got there.

It might be useful to be able to e-mail Axel's friend Patrick too.

Daniella's Birthday is not until 17th September, so maybe Axel will be over before then and give further gifts (a second round!).....

I do not know what the ADT members have sent in. With such a huge membership .... you would have expected a good effort.

A friend in need is a friend indeed.

Yesterday I received an e-mail from UK fan John O. who is visiting Prague on business in about 2/3 weeks time.

John has bought a gift for Daniella and is taking it with him to Prague where he was a short work contract setting up a business system I believe.

As Dick Miller is likely to be away from the City, and you won't be there either, please can you let us have an e-mail address for Patrick Palumbo or a phone number in Prague, so John can hand over his gift for Daniella to Patrick when he arrives if this is O.K. with you both.

Is there any chance of the info requested please re. contact with your friend Patrick Palumbo as Dick is leaving Prague again. All the London gifts are there in Dick's office - please see previous messages.

Daniella's e-mail is out of commission even from Prague.

John from London is bringing another gift over to Prague shortly as well and would like to hand it over to Patrick either directly or via Dick's office EFA in Prague to where we sent gifts to plus Dick's Bank for Daniella.

Dick's own kind contribution is there too and maybe others ? (Steve Holmes ?).
