Mason used to do it all the time at Elegant I still suggest that if Mick and Manuel can come shoot for HardX as directors to lighten the load there, why not do the same with Darkx and ask the likes of Lex, Prince, LT direct their own gonzo work under the DarkX flag so Mason can hook them up with the hottest females and then have more time to shoot more high end DarkX projects? Furthermore you have to stay hard for hours every day. Do you really believe that those performers with maybe a scene or two per week can really be compared to someone who does 2 or sometimes even 3 scenes per day and this for months ? It's true that not all black men are well proportioned there, so those more average sized guys do exist even in the porn world. However, interracial porn is fetishized and size is definitely a factor, so by and large, those guys don't make the cut. Then you have to factor in all those behind the scenes factors that you mentioned, which isn't too common outside of porn, let alone a world as egocentric and filled with drug & alcohol abuse as the world of porn. And then they have to actually stay hard and perform! Plus there's the issue of pay. Male porn stars don't get paid much per scene compared to women. This usually doesn't matter because the men shoot more scenes and stay in the business longer. But for something like interracial porn, the scenes are usually far and few between as there are already plenty of veteran dudes willing and proven to do it. So for a burgeoning new black male porn star, unless they do it as a side-project, get wildly popular, or get a contract with a company, they'll probably just try to get a more stable job instead. Or they can do gay porn but that's not for everyone. It's a complicated situation and the truth of the matter is that there are still a lot of black male talent waiting to get the call, but by and large, if the guys you have meet all the criteria you're setting out, why get those dudes instead?
