I was wondering if anyone knows anything about DDF Productions coming DVDs? They are working with Digital Sin to release them but I haven´t had any luck contacting both the DDF Productions or Digital Sin (Partly because I couldn´t find the contact information for Digital Sin ;( ). From what I have seen on clips found on the net it looks great but it would also be great to have some more information.
The webmaster of HotLegAndFeet told me the same a long time ago but still nothing. I hope they will release them soon because I would love to get some DVD's from HLAF.
Three or four days ago they announced that the first dvd is almost ready (it was being mastered as they spoke). It will include five clips from their Archive. I only hope that it will include all those intriguing extras that they promised. Don't know about the models featured in the first disc, but it's not hard to imagine (Sandy, Sophie, Luisa, Sandra Shine are my candidates).
DDF Productions to produce DVDs? What do YOU think?
At DDF we always strive to give you, our members, what you want. In response to many requests and suggestions recently we are contemplating the production of a range of DDF DVDs. What we need to know from you is: 1) Do you want our DVDs? and 2) What sort of DVDs would you like us to produce? Thus we are asking you to think about this and E-Mail us at dan@ddfprod.com with your thoughts. What we need to know is not only if you would want to purchase our DVDs, but who you would want to see in them and what type of sets you would like to see. To give you a few ideas: would you like to see lesbian, hardcore, taboo, fisting, threesomes, blowjobs, pissing, or what exactly? And who would you like to see doing it: Sophie Moon, Luisa, Sandy, Rita Faltoyano, Eva, Monica Sweetheart, Sandra Shine, Stacy Silver, Lea de Mae, or maybe our lesser known teen and babe actresses? All you need to do is just give us a moment of your time and let us know what YOU want, then we can give it to you on DVD which you can watch over and over, including all the interviews, castings and backstage footage that would be included! Just popped in to tell that I ordered The Pleasures of the Flesh #1 DVD from a Finnish webshop, should have it on my hands early next week! Now if they would start releasing solo and lesbian DVD´s also, that would be the news I´m really waiting for...
I think they only ship within Finland. I tried looking for this title in other EU-area shops (Orgazmik etc.) but to no avail. Actually quite unusual for a finnish shop to have a title like this available so fast, well, I ain´t exactly complaining ;). I can provide 1:1 screenshots when I get it. And maybe a review but due to time constraints I can´t promise that for shure though...
I got "Pleasures of the Flesh" in the mail a couple days ago. My only complaints are the average video quality and the lack of variety in locations (I know, I know - it's gonzo). Both those issues are outweighed by the gorgeous female talent and good sex scenes.
Pleasures of the Flesh is pretty incredible on DVD. I just hope they release earlier footage that they have of these girls. The scene with Sophie appears to be when she was younger. The demand is obviously there for them to make more, so I suppose we all have to patiently wait.
Hello people, I have just joined the site to reply to questions of New Sensations/ Digital Sin. I look forward to all comments and apologize for not being here sooner. That said, we have an aggressive release schedule of DDF products. Plan for nearly one per week once we get up to speed. The titles are Pleasures Of The Flesh, 3 for All (All 3 ways), an untitled young girl line and big tit line and possibly a GG series we are looking at right now. please let me know what you want too see and we will see if we can make it happen.
i just received the first PotF DVD and was wondering a bit about the image quality, can it be improved in any way? It´s almost acceptable because the content is very good but...
Ok, on the content side a young girl/solo line would be absolutely fab, how about a Sandy movie? All solo, all Sandy ;P Can´t really beat that...
I want to see a very aggressive release schedule of that big tit line. If we're talking about a big tit line that is the quality of the first two Pleasures of the Flesh releases, then there is no schedule that would be too aggressive for me.
Damn I need to come here more often. Okay let's start at the beginning. whenver we are provided with BTS then it is in there. It is kind of hit and miss with this. We are releasing a line of DDF with all 2 guy 1 girl scenes called Three for All. It should be ready in 1 month. We are considering releasing some of the foot fetish "Hot Legs and Feet" products. Just need to know there is enough of a market for it. We edit the original PAL version and then output to NTSC. We are going to go to a different conversion house to se if we can get a better master. We are not as happy as we would like to be with the current transfer. Sandy is awesome but she needs to do guys. PLEASE! On that note we just got in the camera masters for a new GG line of DDF products. Title is yet to be determined. It will be released as soon as everything is finalized. As far as the big tit line. We are still waiting although I am told that a batch of scenes has been compiled and should be to us soon. Three for All #2 scenes are in and incredible! POTF 4 & 5 are in as well. You will not be disappointed. Lets hope the new conversion improves the quality of what we can release. It is perfect off the computer. We will do what we can to make it so on the DVD.
DS Director, You might be interested in this thread discussing Evil Angel's same problem converting Rocco's movies. There were some great suggestions which led to Evil Angel resolving the problem.

I think there is, I mean who doesn't want to see that Monica Sweetheart-Lea de Mae scene? Not to mention all those Sophie Sweet, Sandy, Caroline Cage, Michelle Wild, Rita Faltoyano and Jane Durling scenes, not to mention all those other hot euro girls HLAF have used.

It's purely a matter of opinion, but from looking around there would definitely seem to be a hardcore audience for foot/leg/hosiery fetish action, so I think the Hot Legs and Feet series could do well. Don't know the numbers, but that's my feeling. Personally, I like to see a balance with good hardcore sex and this often seems to be lacking in genre pieces.

Without turning this thread in to tech talk I have a few comments on the the conversion quality issue. The way I read your posting, it seems that you can solve your problem pretty easy. If you edit the original PAL versions on a computer you can do the conversion to NTSC right on the computer too. If you are editing in DV format you can convert the finished movie PAL DV file to a NTSC DV file with cheap tools like these:

And just one tech question: do you get the original footage from DDF on Beta tape or DV tape?
The problem for EA was that Roccos company did a PAL tape to NTSC tape conversion in Europe, so the solution Rocco have chosen was to find a better conversion service over there. But The process is still done in the analog domain on Beta tape.
But in the thread there are still a lot of hints to do a fully digital PAL to NTSC and MPEG-2 conversion. The problem for many companies seems to be that they are still depending on analog Beta tape as an interchange format.

In march dan@ddfprod.com from DDF asked what we wanted from a DDF prod DVD. One of my request (besides from seeing a lot of Michelle Wild and Rita Faltoyano) was this:
"Quality: When you start producing your dvd please give the fans real value for their money. Use the DVD-9 type who can hold 3 hours of video in super quality. Make the running time of the DVD at least 2 hours and 20 min like DVD from other respected brands like Evil Angel, Diabolic, Anabolic and Red Light District Video. And remember to put on 30 minutes of extra footage. Use the DVD medium to the fullest! Putting out only 90 minutes DVD in crappy quality will not earn you any respect in the market, and I personally never buy DVD with running times under 2 hours. And please make lots of chapter stops and make the menu easy to navigate."
According to a review http://www.cavr.com/xxx13448.htm the running time of Pleasures of the Flesh #02 is only 92 minutes! Please give us more value for our money from DDF prod.

I wonder if all DDF DVD's will be released trough DS or will DDF also release some stuff directly or use another distributor? I mean what if DS says they're not interesting in the HLAF material? Can DDF make a deal with another distributor?
Hello again now from the beginning - grop - we are beginning to release day and date with DF as much as possible. The VHS was released to just begin to get it on the market. We are getting the DVD out as fast as possible with already having released the VHS. With each series coming about 1 per month we have been able to get caught up on POTF do day and date. We are planning to release one DDF product per week. We have to edit it from original footage and compile the BTS when available. We are still behind given the amount we have in. So the short answer - yes we plan to release all products day and date ASAP.
I want to make sure that the sex in the Hot Legs and Feet material is strong. The girls are unquestionably beautiful but I want the sex to be as strong as the fetish. I will review material soon for consideration.
Ingenmann - Thank you for the tech stuff. I will pass this along to the production manager. As far as running times - our deal calls for 5 scenes per volume and then we edit for heat. We could make it longer but I don't want to just have long scenes that may be repetative. Our editors are instructed to edit for heat and not for time. This could mean different running times for each product depending on the quality of the scenes. At 6-7 scenes we could almost guarantee it but that is not the nature of our agreement. I believe the "Three for All" series will run longer because there is just more hot raw footage. The material is received on DV. Thank you for your help!
Ramsey - by nature of our deal with DDF and the amount of product we take, we have right of first refusal for all DDF products. I don't think either one of us wants to confuse the market with different dist companies. DDF is making some DVDs on their own we are considering distributing. The first is a Blowjob Only product.
We've recently switched to software based encoding for all products, including our latest DDF productions. You'll notice a huge leap in quality starting with "Three For All" on DVD followed by "Pleasures of the Flesh #4" and "Three For All #2". The new process really preserves the integrity of the original Pal camera masters.
Our NTSC based products are also looking a lot better. Check out "Lessons in Lust" if you want get a feel for the quality we're putting into our newer volumes. In my opinion it's one of the most beautiful gonzo/wall to wall style movies we've ever produced. We hope to show that high production values don't interfere with down and dirty hot sex with hot girls.

I love Defrancesco's work - he has an eye for a beautiful girl, no question. I'm only depressed by the uniformity of the shoots I see on 1by-day. The girls are gorgeous, but they are forever photographed in what looks like Ikea showhome bedrooms. Every day it's the same bland style of locale, and it's making me seriously question my continued membership. At least Kevin Maklin used to 'cast' his girls as maids, seducing some guy in a hotel, or businesswomen, being fucked in a lift, or students, with a teacher... By comparison the DDF sets seem very predictable, and I fear that the DVDs will be similarly cursed. Is it not possible to introduce scenarios/uniforms/themes/imagination into the photoshoots/movies?

And: Budapest and Prague (where DDF studios are located) are some of the most beautiful places in Europe. So I'd like to see more outdoor stuff. Why not an interview out there in the woods.
No please, no outdoor stuff because it always goes wrong with the lighting and shadows and stuff. You can shoot good outdoor stuff unless you're called John Stagliano but that's another story.
