I've lost count on how many scenes have been ruined by filming the crucial moneyshot against a light/white background, which results in not being able to see the cumshot itself. You only see something landing on the woman's face. What are directors thinking when filming light/white/half transparent manliquid against a background that matchs its lightness in color?
