The thread about not doing anything food related as a sex act brought up a question for me regarding the number of scenes I've seen which, apparently, feature the use of saliva as a lubricant for anal sex. Is that the standard for the industry these days? My own experiences with saliva as a lube have been negative, to say the least. So I'm curious about its use in porn. My assumption has been that given the nature of video production we just don't ordinarily see the shots of other forms of lubrication being applied.
my option is just my own and is concerning my own body. i, of course, do not recommend all people use saliva instead of lubricant. if lube works for you, great. go for it! what doesnt work for lube, for my body, is hershey's chocolate syrup. and im OK with that! haha

Does Spiegs even take booking inqueries from Indie photographers? I've had such bad luck with agents and PR people, and going off of what Bobbi has said several times about him in interviews. I get the vibe he'd hang up the phone if he hadn't heard of the person before. Which isn't a bad thing really, but I don't think it helps us indie folks out much. Maybe I'm wrong.
I can dig that. That's usually the protocol, but some agents are so quick to shoot down the inquirer and put them on the "No" list that sometimes it does hurt to ask (if you don't have the right references, for example). I've been hung up on more than once, and I can't seem to get through to any of those agent's or publicist's talent directly. My requests are pretty reasonable, so they must be assuming that I'm full of shit. I can understand that, but it's hard to show what you're about when you can't book name talent to begin with. i dont remember how long ago that shoot was, but i do remember that i never got paid by the people who shot it and spiegler came to my rescue. it was at least a couple years ago im sure.
