Basically where the guy only has control (holding the girls head and thrusting) for a few seconds at a time scattered through-out the scene, filled in by the girl messing around, attempting to deepthroat it herself, and other boring rests and fillers in-between. The feel good chit-chatty stuff that is usually seen also annoys me. The other is the faking. These scenes seem to emphasize on being the roughest and most hardcore to the point that it seems faked and over-dramatized. Usually the girls are more aggressive than the guys and enjoy it far too much, and the clincher is they don't even have gag reflexes. They force themselves all the way down on the cock and breathe easily... This bores me just about as much as the above mentioned. Then there are the scenes that seem to "get it right". I think it's actually a pretty simple formula that they all have in common. The guy is dominant, in control the whole scene and aggressive (I've yet to see being too aggressive). The girl is submissive, and willing to take whatever is forced on her, or at least try and not resist. Just a normal girl, no special deepthroat talents, has a gag reflex, and is seeming unknowing of the whole concept, or what it is exactly she's in for. The results are always the type of scene I love to see. The guy holding the girls head and thrusting (regardless of how rough he's being) being as tame as things get. He has control the whole time and is into it, aggressive, non-stop only giving the girl short breathers, with plenty of rough throat fucking, real gagging, choking and drooling. Real looks by the girl of being overwhelmed, panicky, and fearful even to the point of not looking like she's enjoying it. As well as things like nose pinching, face slapping, face spitting, throat grabbing, and verbal abuse for the most part make these scenes even better... Rarely do I find puking to be hot, but it never kills it for me. To me it seems that in recent years you just don't see it done that well anymore, its mostly the older stuff - Early TG, TB, Throated etc. So if anything deepthroating isn't going far enough anymore IMO.
