LOS ANGELES-Derek Hay, owner of adult talent agency LA Direct Models, was charged Tuesday morning with two counts of pandering in connection with a larger set of indictments that also levy similar charges against the two principals of a website that bills itself as a "gallery of all American adult stars." According to the Los Angeles County Superior Court docket, the two charges against Hay are listed as violations of Penal Code 266I(A)(1), which the California Legislative Information website defines as "Procur[ing] another person for the purpose of prostitution." The site notes that such a charge is "punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for three, four, or six years." The two individuals associated with the website in question received a combined 16 various charges, some matching Hay's and others falling under Penal Code 266H, the California code for pimping, which carries the same prescribed sentencing. | pringles All-Star Member 1351 Posts 2/08 | Posted - Mar 6 2020 : 7:32PM LOS ANGELES - LA Direct agent Derek Hay surrendered himself this afternoon in Claremont, Los Angeles County, to California authorities, who had issued a warrant for his arrest last Tuesday in connection with two charges of procuring two of his former models for the purpose of prostitution. Hay, as his attorney Richard D. Freeman had anticipated to XBIZ yesterday, made arrangements to travel from his home in Nevada to Los Angeles County today to answer the charges against him. The judge set Hay's bail at $70,000, and he was released on bond this afternoon. His next court date in California is May 6. more at the link above [Link] |

Hadley Viscara: It's over. Derek Hay (who changed his name to Andrew Gallagher) was sent to jail. Dwight Cunningham has been sent to prison. Sofi Ryan: After 6 long years of battling Derek hay , Dwight Cunningham (Dave) and Karen they are finally in jail. Thank you to everyone who has supported us through these traumatic times.
