Does he/she just let the male do as he pleases, or does he give guidelines re: positions, roughness, length of scene before pop shot, breaks etc? There are many complaints about male talent and the way they treat the girls--but isn't the director in charge of what happens on his/her set? PS I'm not speaking of scenes from directors who are known for rough sex.

Cum Fart Cocktails is a good example, it's well filmed and all the girls swallow - obviously the director has clearly stated what he wants from all of the performers.
