I'm producing a video and wanted to know a good source for music. I'm looking for high energy type music (i.e. dance/techno beat). Where can I find music that allows licensing for x-rated videos? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

One of the members from MINISTRY does the music for Anabolic/Diabolic.

There are services which will get the word out for you and I've found musicians more than willing to do deals (and even give their music for free) in exchange for the publicity.

http://www.krtipsheet.com/submit_lead.php has a form which will get your needs out to people who have music.

I can do hard house/techno/pregressive/dance music for your needs. Usually I charge per song or we can work a deal for your video project, way cheaper to license music. Contact me: ptvmix@sbcglobal.net

oh really? the other day I was reading an electronic music forum and somebody mentioned the name of the guy (I'm not sure if he is the same guy in Ministry). I like most of the music used in Anabolic/Diabolic, that mix of really SOFT techno/acid house/trance loops, it sounds made with some software like ReBirth or Fruity Loops, I prefer electronic music over rock music in adult videos, and yes sometimes it is better without music, some dvd's now offer the option to turn off the music so everybody can be happy.

The other day I was thinking in rip some music I enjoy a lot from a scene I have in a VHS and show it here, maybe somebody could recommend some more music like that, deep keyboards and some REALLY SMOOTH cymbals, very jazzy
