Hopefully, I'm not asking you guys/girls who direct to expose any secrets, but in general what a good program for editing video content?

Those are 3 of the more advanced but highly capable editing progams.

The vast majority of porn directors are editing on Final Cut Pro 5.0 right now.

Some are using Media 100.
I've heard of some using Adobe Premiere or one of the Sony programs, but those are definitely on the cheaper side of things.

There's a couple using one or the other of the various Avid systems.

Thank you all for commenting. I decided to buy Adobe Premiere 2.0 to start with. Since I'm a beginner, It seemed like the best program for me right now.

Premiere is a great program, you can do wonderful stuff on it. Final Cut Pro is not that much more difficult, though, don't be afraid of it ... :)

Any Pinnacle program I ever tried, including earlier versions of Studio crashed on me constantly. No thanks!

Premiere Elements is proving to be pretty stable and capable for me.

I been using Premiere for 6 years now and I love it. There are some really cool plugins for it and the quality is top shelf. Premiere does about 75% of what Final Cut does, but when you use Premiere with plugins or After Effects, you blow other programs aways.

Final Cut is cool cause video and motion are nested, but Adobe has been at it long before Apple.

I edit a lot of video and the Premier+After Effects combo gives me the most options. Known in some circles as the poor man's Flame suite.
