Most of the women in porn, I believe, play this role of 'sex-godesses' for a limited period of their life, and it may even take over their 'personal/private' life during this period. Beneath all this though, there are quite 'normal' people, with quite 'normal' hopes, dreams and desires. But that wouldn't sell too many DVD's, would it? My suggestion is to not try to go beneath the surface that we are presented, because it is not part of the role they play and we're not supposed to go there as ordinary fans. Be happy for whatever fantasy you are presented with. If you like it and can believe in it, then go for it. If not, buy someone elses DVD's. Don't try to much to get to know the 'real' person behind the pornstar. You might be disappointed because she will, at least in some cases, be too much 'vanilla' compared to the fantasy you have been nurturing. So as the proverb says 'Let sleeping dogs lie', for the good of the fantasy. And respect that there are certain parts in a persons life that they might choose not to share, even if they have choosen to live a life in the public eye. This applies to pornstars aswell! [Link] |
