This is not an uncommon problem -- around 7 or 8 percent of men experience this. For some, it is due to a physical problem, such as diabetes or prescription antidepressants that they are taking. For other guys, they have become used to very hard stimulation, pounding away harder and harder, so that softer stimulation doesn't do it anymore. I know it seems counter-intuitive, but often they need less stimulation (less porn, less firmness) and a little break.
