I don't know, but I can say this:
1.) Many porn stars do escort
2.) Many more sites advertise certain stars as escorting through them that don't represent said star.
3.) Many places do a 'bait and switch'

These are my conclusions after reading too many posts. If that is what you are interested in, do a search. Even in my short time here the topic has been covered several times. Get a reference from somebody who has hired your fantasy star and do through the contact they provide. At least you have a better chance of hiring who you intended.

To my knowledge bodymiracle.com is a legitimate site. There is also another site, exotica-2000.com which offers pretty much the same thing: porn star escorts.
You might also want to try theeroticreview where you can choose a city and search a pornstar by name or ask questions on the discussion boards.
I guess if you have the money (which is usually very steep), the pornstars will provide a standard escort session. Theeroticreview is especially useful if you want to find out whether a certain advertised escort is legitimate or a ripoff.
I myself almost set up an appointment to meet with Alexandra Quinn, but ended up canceling because it was too expensive.

These are ALL legit, yet some girls always come and go. So you have to check their availability through the agency.

Some "high profile" girls escort under the radar. These are usually contract girls whose companies frown upon such extracurricular activity. I won't post there names on a public form, but they exist.
