Your posts in these forums over the years show you to be intelligent, thoughtful, honest, competent, witty, practical, unbiased, caring and kind. This is what makes a truly fine human being.

If you moved into my street, I would feel privileged that you were my neighbor. If you ever ran for office in my town then I would come to work as a volunteer on your campaign.

It is you, and people like you, who are the real "decent society", not those ignorant fools who try to run you down because of your work.

Such hypocrites are everywhere in the world. They can only compensate for their personal inadequacy by trying to tear others down. I am sad that they try to attack you, but happy that you have the strength to stand up to them.

Getting into this business really means for 90 percent of performers that you will ALWAYS be in this business, and thats not a choice. If you are an 18 year old girl and you start doing porn....after 2 years of nothing but porn. Think about it, now you havent gotten a college education, and you have made more money than most people make as adults. Tell me how a girl gets out of the business now? Where else can she make 4000 a week? And when people stop booking them, their options are severely limited.

So the answer to the original question is NO for 95 percent of people both girls and boys.

First of all porn performers are independent contractors they should have a “DBA”. The name should just be just initials no names. Your employed by the “DBA’ as an “entertainer”

There should be no reason for a porn performer ever to disclose to a bank or creditor they worked in porn.

As for as bank manger in Cheyenne, why not. Maybe a lawyer can help here. But it’s been decided we’re not going to allow discrimination in employment in this country.

I think an employer trying to discriminate for they’re views on Sexual Morality would be putting themselves at risk for a law suite.

Stay away from jobs involving children. After all we must protect the children.

Stay away from known right wing religious fanatics running companies, they want to fight.

And work place Harassment will not be tolerated.

But all others are looking to hire you.

But porn stars already know this.

I think the ones that don’t. really don’t want to. They weren’t that impressed by society or the business world before they enter porn

Simply tell any potential employer during that those 'gap' years you had been in jail... or that you were a drug dealer.

They will thank you for your honesty and it will practically guarantee you the job
